Malaysia

Hello All,
I hope you are well and training hard.
I went to Malaysia for Golden week and had a great time!
I started with Singapore. What a city! There is a lot to see and do. I went to Little India and ate too much curry, then I went to China Town and ate too much Kung Pao Chicken. I looked like a little Buddah when I was finished. I also went to the Botanical Gardens and enjoyed many of the high rise bars. Unfortuantley I lost money in the casio :(
My next stop was Tioman IslandWhat a beautiful piece of earth! Everyday I went snorkling and drunk beer under the palm trees. Local beer was only ¥180 so I had my fill. I am ussally very white, but when I left the island I was pink.
I then made my way North to Malacca. Its a little city famous for its history of Pirates and forign invaders. I was surprised how good it was. There was lots of local art and a few World Heritage sites, including old churches and tempels.
Finally I finished my trip in Kuala Lumpure. The night market were fantastic with a range of Malyasia, Thai and Chinese food (I love Coco Nut Ice Cream). I got to vist the famous Heli Pad bar and the Batu Caves.
Malaysia was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone.
See you in the gym,
Ryan
