Hello All,

I hope you are well and keeping safe. 

Today I went on my first morning run with Ten Clover Setagaya students. Ken san lead the run through Kinuta park, which was beautiful. There was a great mix of cherry blossums and full bloom flowers which made the scenery amazing. The weather was perfect which also made for an enjoyable run.

We stopped at a playground so students could do some pull ups.... がっかり

I will be running every Wednesday and Thursday morning. Please come and join me.
