I hope you are well and keeping safe.

It is crazy to think how many changes have taken place around the world in such a short period of time. 

Personally I havent been effected as much as others but have still been subject to change. As an english teacher all my lessons are now online, something I have never experienced before. Wearing a mask everywhere is very strange for a  New Zealander. Even washing my hands with sanitizer everytime I enter or leave a room/shop seems odd.

Most of all it has made me more grateful for the everyday preivliages I take for granted.

I am looking forward to returning to the gym next month and seeing you all.
