I hope you are well and training hard.

I have had a busy few weeks. I left the Isle of Wight and went on a small road trip around England and North Wales, which is a beautiful part of the world. I also went to Liverpool and done the Beatles tour… AMAZING

Next Tuesday I will leave for Thailand. My trip has been delayed due to visa problems but I am now good to go. Unfortunately I have to do 14 days quarantine in a hotel room… I will be very board.

I am looking forward to living in Bangkok although I am scared of the heat and the lady boys haha.

I will keep you posted.
