I hope you are well and training hard.

I have just had 5 days off because of Chinese New Year, so now I am feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I spent my time exploring Bangkok. The city is very large and has a lot to offer. One of my favorite highlights has been the rooftop bars that city has. They provide amazing views and great entertainment. They are very affordable too. We still have some covid restrictions here which means everything has to be closed by 12am, which I like because I am getting older haha

Bangkok is beginning to get very hot again, at the moment it is almost like Tokyo in the summer. When I go outside I am covered in sweat withing minutes and my head keeps getting burnt haha. I am not looking forward to their summer.

I will be traveling around the country again soon and will keep you posted.
