I hope you are well and are training hard.

Recently I have visited an Island North of Phuket called Koh Thong Pra. It isn't so famous but has a small nomadic fishing community called the Moken Tribe. It was a great experience. I stayed 10km from the tribe and it felt like I had the island to myself. I had a beach and small hut to myself. There was a restaurant up the road that made delicious food.

The tribes people were very friendly, I visited their school, learnt how they fish and explore their village and huts. They live a simple life living in iron huts and they worship their ancestors regulary sacrificing pigs and chickens to them.

Unfortunately I had to drive 200km on a scooter back to Phuket. Tough!
